About Our Office

Our office is located in the Pioneer Business Park, at 6005 Fair Lakes Road, in East Syracuse. Only 15 minutes east of Syracuse's downtown, the office is conveniently located near major highways - including the New York State Thruway, I-690 and I-81. Employees will find parking plentiful, and commuters will discover that the office is regularly served by the CENTRO bus system. Inside, employees enjoy working at modern, ergonomically designed workstations.

Who We're Hiring

Customer Service Representatives
Our Call Center provides an excellent place to build a career - and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to help us respond to the needs of our subscribers. Candidates must possess basic typing abilities, strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.

Direct Sales Representatives
A region of explosive growth provides challenging opportunities for our Direct Sales Representatives. Candidates must be motivated self-starters, with excellent communications abilities, strong computer and customer service skills. Sales experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.

Installation Service Technicians
We're looking for Installation Service Technicians to help us bring cable and high-speed data products to subscribers. Candidates must have excellent communications and customer service skills, good mathematical abilities and reading comprehension. A high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred, as is experience in a technical field.
